OverviewSTAM is currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic ILS Project Engineer to join our Defence team in Genoa.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Programme Manager in the technical‑management activities of the programme life cycle, including analysis of contractual requirements definition, planning and verification of the progress of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) and In Service Support (ISS) activities, and provide RAMT (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Testability) studies.Contribute to the setting up of the programme by analysing and verifying the contractual and quotation documents.Ensure and monitor compliance with the technical requirements of the programme, providing technical supervision during the entire life cycle of the order.Manage and contribute to the implementation of all ILS deliverables such as user manuals, spare parts, training courses, on‑board services, information systems, and interfacing with the actors and organizational units involved in the process.Contribute to the preparation and updating of RAMT studies.Interface externally with customers and suppliers of the equipment and systems.RequirementsBachelor/Master/PhD in a technical field (physics, mathematics, electronics, aerospace, computer science, computer engineering, etc.).At least 1 year of experience as LSA Engineer or in a similar role.Good knowledge of RAM‑T concepts and the logistics support process (LSA).Good knowledge of system supportability concepts and RAMT studies, methodology and tools.Good knowledge of life cycle cost concepts.Background in the Defence sector is considered a plus.Good teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills; critical thinking, problem‑solving and attention to detail; positive and ambitious mindset with a can‑do attitude.Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad.What You GetOpportunity to work on complex projects and engage in different activities while increasing skills on cutting‑edge technological solutions and applications.Possibility to influence from the beginning by working in multidisciplinary teams.Constant engagement with the challenges of state‑of‑the‑art and future technologies.Enhance your skills and build a career path of excellence.Why Work at STAMSTAM is a fast‑growing multidisciplinary engineering company with a team of young talents involved in international projects alongside corporates, SMEs and start‑ups in various fields and sectors.
