Key Responsibilities
* Pricing Strategy & Analysis
o Develop, evaluate, and maintain pricing models to support strategic price decisions and margin optimization.
o Analyze cost structures, bill of materials, production routings, and supplier data to determine accurate product cost drivers.
o Creation and execution of price books and agreements.
* Data Management & Advanced Excel Analytics
o Use Excel (including Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas, nested logic, advanced charting, and data modelling) to process and analyse large datasets.
o Build automated tools, dashboards, and templates to improve pricing efficiency and visibility.
o Validate and cleanse pricing and cost data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
o Preparation of supporting documentation and checklists, consolidation of supplier quotes, review of actual costs incurred, and maintenance of supporting evidence and records related to Cost And Pricing Analysis ("CAPA") processes.
o Creation and maintenance of Long Term Pricing Arrangements ("LTA"), ensuring timely notification to Commercial and Product Management of renewals, provision of supporting analysis and pricing recommendations, and facilitating approval process.
* Commercial Collaboration
o Work closely with regional sales teams to provide pricing guidance, analyses, and recommendations for customer quotations and RFQs.
o Partner with Product Managers to understand value propositions and market positioning for technically complex products.
o Support contract pricing reviews, discount structures, and price‑list updates.
* Governance & Process Improvement
o Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, analytics capability, and speed-to-quote.
o Support regular price reviews and annual price updates.
o Work with Finance to ensure compliance with process and DoA requirements

* Strong technical curiosity and ability to interpret engineering drawings/BOMs.
* Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Strong communication skills‑able to present insights to both technical and commercial stakeholders.
* Business mindset with the ability to balance margin, competitiveness, and customer needs.
