If you’re ready to build enterprise‑grade solutions and influence how our organization leverages Power Platform at scale, we’d love to meet you. /p h3What You'll Be Doing /h3 ul liDesign, build, and deploy Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform capabilities. /li liDevelop and maintain model‑driven and canvas Power Apps that integrate with Copilot agents and enterprise systems. /li liImplement and enforce Power Platform governance frameworks, including environment strategy, DLP policies, connector controls, and app lifecycle management. /li liPartner with security, compliance, and tenant administration teams to align Copilot and Power Apps usage with enterprise standards. /li liDefine best practices for agent design, prompt engineering, and orchestration across Power Apps, Power Automate, and data sources. /li liEnable scalable adoption through templates, reusable components, and documentation. /li liSupport production readiness activities including monitoring, audits, access management, and risk mitigation. /li liAdvise stakeholders on Copilot agent feasibility, architecture, and guardrails for responsible AI usage. /li /ul h3What You'll Bring Along /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Informatics or a similar field of study, or equivalent practical experience /li liAt least 5 years of experience in a similar position /li liCopilot Studio or Azure OpenAI experience. /li liMicrosoft Purview/compliance exposure. /li liPower BI or Fabric dataset familiarity (nice to have). /li liExperience working with interfaces and effectively communicating with colleagues from other projects, depending on the audience (technical and non-technical). /li liStrong hands‑on experience with Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model‑Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Power Platform connectors /li liStrong understanding of Power Platform data sources, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, APIs and custom connectors, and Microsoft 365 services /li liExperience integrating solutions with Microsoft Teams, Adaptive Cards, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure services /li liSolid understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts, with experience integrating AI into enterprise solutions /li liKnowledge of prompt engineering, AI governance, hallucination mitigation techniques, and responsible AI principles /li liProven experience designing enterprise‑scale solutions /li liAbility to define architecture patterns and technical roadmaps /li liStrong understanding of security, governance, scalability, and maintainability considerations /li liExperience in projects with end‑customer focus (user focus). /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
