We currently looking for a Temporary Credit Clerk. You will work within the Customer Service Department and Finance department. How You Create Impact: - Keep monitoring the deadline of the legal actions with BFF - Understand the missing document required from BFF - Collect the documents required searching from different repository, paper archive, external electronic database, SAP - Interact with other colleagues (transportation Specialist, Customer Service, Tender Department) for specific document support - If necessary scan all document - Prepare an electronic folder on our intranet with all documentation ready to be delivered to BFF and Legal department upon request What Will Make You Stand Out: - Understanding on basic OTC (Order To Cash) flow and relative documents (Invoice, orders, Delivery Note, POD) - Document Research knowledge and experience - SAP experience is preferred What Will Make You Successful: - Good communication skills and predisposition to cooperate with other departments - Work in presence to access different archives (Location Segrate) - Flexibility and Sense of urgency Who We Are?: Zimmer Biomet is a world leader in musculoskeletal health solutions.
