Apply now for the position of IT Operations Professional In Vitro for the Campania region, Italy.
Your role:
1. Within the designated area (South Italy), perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and support on assigned hardware and software products (Middleware and Automation Software).
2. Ensure complete execution of all preventive and reactive maintenance on the assigned software.
3. Work with Project Management and Application Specialist to successfully implement complex solutions.
4. Collaborate with the local Customer Service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Report all activities into the ERP system to satisfy Complaint Handling processes.
6. Interact with the Technical Solution Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of issues.
7. Report in a timely manner all potential issues to the Dedicated Complaint Unit.
Your expertise:
1. Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent working experience in Medical IT.
2. Good knowledge of Laboratory Informatics Infrastructure.
3. Knowledge of Network System Design, IT Hardware, VPN software, Virtual Machines, Data Backup and Recovery, Software Diagnosis.
4. Previous experience in Medical IT activities.
5. Team-oriented, proactive, and able to take initiative.
6. Excellent communication skills—ability to make complex issues understandable.
7. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
8. Resident in Campania or nearby cities.
9. Availability to travel mainly within South Italy, occasionally to other regions and abroad.
