About the Role We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated
Oracle Database Administrator (DBA)
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the
installation, configuration, optimization, security, and maintenance
of Oracle databases while ensuring high availability, strong performance, and a secure data environment. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver robust and scalable database solutions.

Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain
Oracle standalone and RAC databases. Manage database
users, roles, privileges, and security policies. Develop and implement
backup and disaster recovery strategies
using RMAN and Data Pump. Work extensively with
Oracle 12c/19c Multitenant architecture, including CDB and PDB. Perform ongoing
performance tuning, optimization, and capacity planning. Troubleshoot and resolve complex database incidents and performance issues. Ensure robust
database security, compliance, and auditing. Maintain operational visibility through
reports, dashboards, and monitoring tools. Work closely with clients to understand requirements and design optimized database solutions. Define and document
database standards, best practices, and performance models. Reduce database downtime and optimize parameters for faster query responses. Collaborate with internal and external support teams to meet SLA and KPI expectations.
Required Skills & Experience Proven hands-on experience as an
Oracle Database Administrator. Expertise with
Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, Exadata, and
Oracle DBCS. Experience with
OCI Database Migration
tools. Strong knowledge of
Oracle 12c/19c Multitenant architecture (CDB/PDB). Solid understanding of
performance tuning, queries, indexes, and optimization. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
