Junior Sales Analyst
to join their
Structured Products Sales team in Milan
.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and analytical individual to support the sales function, gain exposure to financial markets, and develop a long-term career in structured product distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Support senior sales in the origination and distribution of structured products.
Prepare marketing materials, term sheets, and tailored client presentations.
Monitor market developments and provide analysis to assist client conversations.
Coordinate with trading, structuring, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client transactions.
Maintain sales reporting, pipeline management, and client activity tracking.
Contribute to product development by analyzing client needs and market opportunities.
Candidate Profile
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
Technical Skills:
Strong analytical and numerical ability.
Languages:
Fluency in English (Italian would be a plus).
Experience:
Internship or up to 2 years' experience in banking, asset management, or financial markets.
Personal Qualities:
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with strong communication and organizational skills.
