P pAs part of the Corporate Support team, you will be the first point of contact with the global Business user community that operates the various SAP S/4HANA modules. /p pYou will work, in collaboration with the internal Corporate IS team and the external SAP Certified partner, to support both management and users to troubleshoot issues and to properly address new proposal for enhancements. /p pYou will be involved in activities related to the SAP S/4HANA system roll out to the Gualapack plants, such as supporting during testing phase and/or training. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide basic SAP Application support, including simple issues and queries, to both management and users independently. /li liKeep track of SAP incidents, understand the priority, perform high level analysis and take ownership of issue investigation and resolution. /li liSearch for a solution to complex issues, in collaboration with the internal Corporate IS team and the external SAP Certified partner when needed. /li liSupport the Business for any knowledge gaps in SAP S/4HANA modules as required for the current assignment. /li liKeep track of Business requests for either services or enhancements and participate, together with the internal Corporate IS team and the external SAP Certified partner, to the implementation phase as required. /li liMonitor the external SAP Certified partner response and implementation time in accordance with the defined SLA. /li liUnderstand how the business processes operate to better solve problems and define solutions. /li liAvailable to provide support on Siemens OpCenter MOM Suite (MES, BI, Scheduling). /li liAvailable to provide basic support on other Enterprise business applications, if required. /li liAvailable to work, exceptionally, extra-hours or during bank holidays or weekends as required by the Business. /li liParticipate on any testing as required. /li liParticipate in SAP roll out activities as required. /li liProperly escalates to the SAP Team Leaders as needed. /li /ul h3Required Skills And Education /h3 ul liAt least three years of hands‑on experience in SAP Application. /li liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information systems, engineering or related field is preferable. /li liGood knowledge of English as second language. /li /ul h3Key competences /h3 ul liGood SAP knowledge in the operation stream: Production Planning, Finite capacity planning, Procurement, Quality management, Plant Maintenance. /li liGood knowledge of MES system. /li liFinite capacity planning systems. /li liKnowledge of business model and business processes in the manufacturing industry. /li liAbility to work under stress, meeting assigned deadlines. /li liPlanning and Organization. /li liAbility to work independently but as part of an international team. /li liOpen to change and resilient. /li liKnowledge of internal customer dynamics. /li liNegotiation skills. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liProactive approach willingness to learn and gain SAP and Siemens OpCenter knowledge. /li liWillingness to travel. /li liGood communication skills (written, verbal, and face‑to‑face). /li liStrong interpersonal skills to interact with different teams. /li liGood knowledge of MS Office 365 main collaborative tools. /li /ul h3Optional skills /h3 ul liSiemens OpCenter MOM modules /li liSAP Business Intelligence modules /li liSAP Solution Manager modules /li liSAP Variant configurator /li liEDI /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
