Technology Project Manager The Technology Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex technology initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy. The role focuses on managing projects related to cloud transformation, system integration, and enterprise platforms, ensuring effective coordination between technical teams across MSC Technology Centers worldwide, and external partners. The Technology Project Manager ensures that projects are delivered on time, while maintaining high standards of governance, risk management, and service quality. The role contributes to the continuous evolution of the company’s technology landscape and supports the adoption of scalable and reliable solutions across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy. Coordinate cross‑functional teams including architects, engineers, product teams, and external vendors. Plan, monitor, and control project activities, timelines, and resources. Ensure proper governance of projects, including reporting, documentation, and compliance with internal standards and best practices. Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution. Facilitate communication between involved teams to ensure shared understanding of project objectives and outcomes. Ensure service quality through proper monitoring, validation, and alignment with SLA and operational requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the evolution of project management practices within the organization. Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and ensure transparency on project progress and performance.
Qualifications And Experience
4+ years of experience in IT Project Management or Technology Delivery roles. Proven experience managing projects related to enterprise IT solutions, system integration, or cloud platforms. Experience working with cross‑functional and distributed teams in international environments. Good knowledge of IT governance frameworks, risk management, and service delivery practices. Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing complex project dependencies. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in enterprise environments with structured project management methodologies. Ability to manage timelines effectively. Fluent in English. Understanding of Microsoft Azure environments and project management certifications (e.g. CAPM, ACP, PgMP) are considered a plus.
