These roles are within our central Design team, collaborating closely with colleagues across the organization. Location: This role will be based remotely in the EMEA region. The role entails: Collaborating with a diverse team of designers on projects that evolve our brand guidelines, apply them to communications, our UI design system, and digital graphics. Creating clear, stylish presentations that enhance user experience, focusing on content and information. Applying your knowledge of design principles, usability, accessibility, and web standards. Having agency, company, or freelance design experience. What we are looking for in you: Exceptional academic record from high school and university or an alternative compelling narrative. An undergraduate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. Confidence in speaking up, exchanging feedback, and sharing ideas. A track record of exceeding expectations with outstanding results. Leadership qualities and a commitment to skill development and mentorship. A passion for technology demonstrated through personal projects. Strong work ethic and confidence to collaborate with motivated colleagues. Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken, with excellent presentation abilities. Interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability.
