To grow and strengthen our Organization and Innovation team, we need to hire two people for the role of Analista Funzionale. Role Description Within the scope of maintaining the product range and price lists, and in multichannel product communication, you will serve as a key link between business needs and the development team. Your tasks include requirement analysis, writing functional and technical specifications, supporting design, and testing. Your Main Objectives Gather, analyze, and formalize customer functional requirements Draft detailed functional and technical specifications Interface with the development team and key project users Collaborate on technical implementation, especially solutions based on Java, SQL, Laravel, and GCP Manage and monitor activities using ticketing systems like Jira and ServiceNow Support testing phases and resolve application issues (bug fixing, anomalies, change requests) Contribute to continuous process improvement with a strong problem-solving attitude Ideal Candidate Profile Degree in Computer Science or related fields 2-3 years experience as a Functional Analyst, preferably in Retail or consulting firms Good knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, data analysis) and understanding of Java, Laravel, GCP Experience with ticketing systems like Jira and ServiceNow Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving orientation Ability to understand business context and strong interpersonal skills Team player, curious, proactive Willing to travel occasionally within Italy and internationally Good command of English Additional Areas Product Range and Price List Maintenance Knowledge of processes for creating sales-oriented offers via configurators and environments Experience with Product Information Management systems, preferably Akeneo, for sales strategy and digital asset organization Understanding of supplier, product referencing, purchase tariffs, discounts, preferably SAP MM Multichannel Product Communication Skills in commercial communication processes (catalogs, flyers, technical sheets, in-store signage) and pricing strategies Experience with PIM systems like Akeneo and SAP MM What We Offer Continuous training programs (classroom, on-the-job, digital) Company welfare including health insurance and online psychological support Exclusive discount portal (car rentals, travel, leisure) Celebration of successes and important events Informal work environment that values diversity and inclusion Employment Details Permanent full-time contract, CCNL DMO, salary based on experience 40% smart working Flexible entry/exit times Performance bonuses based on quarterly results and annual company performance, accessible after 7 months Location: Hybrid/Rozzano (MI).
