Your life on board As a Nurse on our Vessels, you’ll be a true Costa culture ambassador, supporting our Hospital Team with your exceptional people skills. You’ll act in a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for all medical matters ensuring full compliance and adherence to Company Standards. Demonstrate your passion You work independently while contributing proactively to team goals. You are able to create and maintain courteous and professional working relationships in a diverse cultural environment. You warmly welcome new colleagues, supporting their onboarding and helping them integrate into the Ship environment. You show excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Getting Things Right You provide high-quality healthcare to crew and guests 24/7, through clinic services during your shift and on-call duties. You support the Medical Team during emergencies, whenever required. Safety First You ensure full compliance with all Company-approved medical and public health Procedures. What makes you unique You have a state-certified Nursing Degree. You are enrolled in the Italian Public Registry for Professional Nurses (OPI – Ordine Professioni Infermieristiche). You have a minimum of 3 years of post-graduate or post-registration working experience, including experience in emergency management. You have at least 6 months of full-time certified experience in emergency areas such as the Emergency Room, ICU, or ambulance services. You have an ACLS, ALS certification or equivalent, as mandatorily required. PALS is strongly recommended. You have a good command of written and spoken Italian (C1/C2), English (B1–B2) and German (B1 or above). You are available to work onboard for 4 consecutive months per contract.
