Your roleYou will actively support the Finance & Planning team, contributing to the continuous evolution of financial processes and working closely with multiple stakeholders across the EMEA region. Within your role, you will:
Contribute to the financial planning and stock forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistencySupport the coordination of the regional structure and the Finance community and work closely with Country Owners fostering alignment and coherence in Group reporting and analysisAssist in planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, adapting tools and analyses to evolving business needsProvide insights and suggestions for process improvementSupport the improvement of financial systems and internal documentation, contributing to continuous improvement and standardizationFollow up on new launches (e.g. daily monitoring of orders vs. forecast)Support in xjrgpwk consolidating and analyzing forecasts (submitted by 80 countries every quarter)
Your profileStrong team spirit and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholdersGood communication skills, attention to detail and results-oriented mindsetAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelFluent in EnglishBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Engineering or equivalent
