Experteer Overview In this role you will manage Open Book tariffs and financial governance for a strategic customer, ensuring transparent cost structures and accurate invoicing. You will partner with Operations and Contract Management to align performance with contractual terms and financial results. You will build and maintain tariff models, lead budgeting and forecasting, and provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and direct interaction with the client, enabling meaningful impact on the contract's value and efficiency.
Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and manage Open Book tariff models aligned with contractual agreements
Prepare monthly Open Book invoices and support the approval process with the customer
Deliver detailed financial reporting to the client with accurate cost allocation
Perform monthly variance analysis versus Budget and Forecast focusing on costs and drivers
Manage quarterly and annual true-up processes ensuring reconciliation between reporting and accounting data
Certify recharged costs based on service contracts, POs and supplier invoices in coordination with Accounting and Operations
Support audits performed by the customer or external auditors
Lead the Open Book budgeting and forecasting process including what-if analyses on volumes and cost drivers
Contribute to DHL Supply Chain reporting, planning, and forecasting cycles
Drive continuous improvement and productivity initiatives within the contractual framework
Act as a business partner to Operations and Contract Managers providing ad hoc financial analysis
Responsabilità Degree in Economics or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in Controlling
Solid experience in cost center controlling (profit center exposure is a plus)
Background in structured and complex environments; experience in contract logistics is an advantage
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluent English, both written and spoken
