Ph3What You Will Do /h3 pAs a Marine Project Engineer – Security Communication Systems, you will collaborate closely with the sales, procurement, and engineering teams to develop high-impact system proposals for newbuild and refit projects.br/You will prepare proposals for the delivery of integrated solutions for the Marine, Cruise, and Navy markets. This position reports directly to the Country Manager of the Global Marine Navy Business Unit in Italy. /p h3How You Will Do It /h3 ul liIdentify customer needs and business drivers, translating them into clear and effective commercial strategies. /li liEvaluate customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and develop technically and commercially compliant solutions. /li liDefine all technical and commercial elements that form the proposal, ensuring alignment with sales targets and successful order intake. /li liDesign technical solutions based on collected requirements, leveraging the expertise of both local and international teams. /li liPrepare proposal-related cost estimates, margin analyses, project and business risk assessments, bid approvals, and handover documentation in accordance with company procedures. /li liOversee the preparation and presentation of proposal documentation, ensuring full compliance with company commercial standards. /li /ul h3What We Look For /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. /li liMinimum 3 years of project engineering experience involving one or more of the following systems:br/SDCN (Ship Digital Communication Network), CCTV, IPTV, VOIP, PAGA (Public Address General Alarm), INTERCOM. /li liExperience with building automation systems is a plus. /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to structure and coordinate proposals across cross‑functional teams. /li liAbility to work efficiently under tight deadlines and shifting priorities. /li liExcellent critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). /li liAbility to build, lead, and motivate a productive team focused on developing winning proposals. /li liGood command of written and spoken English. /li /ul h3Our Benefits /h3 pWe offer an exciting and challenging role with significant professional responsibilities.
