We are looking for a bright and proactive individual to join our Marketing & Sales team for a training internship.
The ideal candidate has a strong inclination for digital communication and a desire to understand the commercial dynamics that drive the business.
Position Summary
The ideal candidate will assist the marketing team in enhancing our brand presence across Italian and European markets.
The role features a primary focus on the Communication & Marketing area (80%) with support for Sales Back Office operations (20%).
You will help bridge the gap between our technical innovations and our clients through effective storytelling, visual communication, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
* Content Creation & Digital Strategy: support the creation of content for social media channels and the company website. Assist in managing email marketing campaigns (newsletters) and monitoring performance via analytics tools.
* Supplier & Design Management: lead design efforts outsourced to our design agency and web house partners to update web pages, social media, gadgets and signs. Collaborate on the creation of graphic support materials such as flyers and corporate presentations.
* Brand Consistency: ensure that internal and external branding is consistent with our brand book to reinforce the value and image of Esse-ti.
* Market Research & CRM: conduct competitor and market trend analysis to identify new positioning opportunities. Update and manage the customer CRM database to ensure data quality.
* Event Planning: provide operational support in organizing trade fairs, webinars, and corporate events, with the possibility of attendance both in Italy and abroad.
* Sales Backoffice & Sales Support: prepare commercial offers and personalized presentations for prospects. Manage initial contact and register incoming order requests into our ERP to support the sales team.
* Internal Communication: participate in the definition and execution of new internal communication strategies.
Requirements
* Education: currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or Linguistic Sciences.
* Languages: native or bilingual Italian with full professional proficiency in English. Additional languages like German, French, Portuguese or Spanish are considered a plus.
* Technical Skills: proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and mastery of major social networks for business use. Knowledge in ERP/CRM systems, for example Microsoft Navision and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Sales D365 will be considered a plus.
* Soft Skills: curiosity, proactivity, excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to "think outside the box".
* Travel: high availability to travel across the Italian region and abroad.
* Driver’s license: European B.
