He/she will be part of the team for the Supply Chain processes for MedTech to be sold on the Italian market. CSS Cardiovascular and Specialty Solution is part of Johnson & Johnson and it comprises three platforms: - BIOSENSE WEBSTER is recognized worldwide as a leader in the science behind the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias - MENTOR is a leading supplier of medical products for the global aesthetic medicine market. - CERENOVUS is the new neurovascular business, focused on delivering innovative therapies for hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients The Supply Chain Team in JnJ Medical Italy has responsibility for Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Inventory and Asset Management for the entire medical devices portfolio of the company and is focused on providing best-in-class planning services to support the profitable growth strategy of the company. Stakeholders: Commercial Team, Marketing, Regional & Global Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, Warehouse, Tender Office, Regulatory Affairs Principle Accountabilities: - Live up to a best-in-class customer centricity and understand the end-to-end supply chain interactions and interdependencies with other functions / initiatives - Clear understanding of drivers and interdependencies of base Plannings principles - KPIs, S&OP, Capacity Planning, Service impact - Inventory management with focus on SLOB prevention and optimization incl Consignment inventory - Lead S&OP meetings and continuous improvement process - Responsible for Deployment Process, Safety Stock Analysis, On Time In Full-D analysis - Support successful New Product Launches - Capacity planning to ensure on-time consignment shipments in line with signed off S&OP plan - Support local MKTG organization with detailed and customized BO Report - Support CS, RA, QA, WH, Tender Office for ATP, item restrictions, samples - Responsible for QA Cage write off analyzing data and collecting necessary approval from EMEA Teams in order to proceed with physical destruction - Analytical responsibilities include customer returns, post deployment, profitability, account level deep dive - Responsible for KPI metrics reporting - Responsible for master data set up & maintenance (data integrity) - Identify and initiate Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives - Managing POLO (product of local opportunities) purchases from third party suppliers - Develop effective working relationships with cross-functional teams - Adherence in full to Johnson & Johnson HCC standards and standards of business conduct Qualifications - Very strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable to work with big amount of data and numbers - able to challenge/collaborate with local commercial teams based upon facts and define scenarios for the future - Strong Organisational skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills, direct, structured and organized way of interaction - Experience in the Medical Device / Pharm industry is a plus. - Experience working with virtual teams and matrix organizations. - Experienced JDE/ SAP user preferable - Supply chain planning process expertise is a must - Build strong external and internal relationships - Able to influence and drive change - Excellent PC skills - Microsoft Office, JDE, SAP - Excellent written and communication skills in English - APICS Certification preferred Job Requirements: Office based role Must be able to work flexibly as required to meet business needs and changes in circumstances For more than 130 years, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) have been part of our cultural fabric at Johnson & Johnson and woven into how we do business every day.
