Ph3Overview /h3 pWe are looking for a talented candidate to join our Biscuits RD Technical Department team in Alba for a maternity leave substitution. You will join a dynamic international environment, supporting the Senior Product Technical Performance Manager (Senior PTPM) and helping maintain the highest quality standards of our finished products. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor raw material quality to ensure all finished products consistently meet expectations. /li liMaintain stable organoleptic characteristics (taste and texture); manage key technological parameters. /li liCollaborate closely with Local Technologists to keep product quality up to date and share best practices across teams. /li liKeep all product specifications updated, including doses and technical documentation; contribute to continuous improvement of processes in terms of quality, technology, and costs. /li liAct as a reference point for several stakeholders (Engineering, Plant Technologists, Quality Department, Raw Pack Materials). /li liWork in close cooperation with laboratories and project managers, and with other RD Technical Department for Nutella and Kinder products. /li liOrganize and follow trials for alternative raw material suppliers; oversee chemical analyses and guide the process through to project end. /li /ul h3About You / Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or equivalent; short experience in food companies, ideally in RD, quality or operations roles. /li liKnowledge of Chemical, Microbiological, Sensory and Nutritional Analysis; knowledge of food industry processes, raw materials and industrial processes. /li liAvailable for frequent travel in Italy and abroad; fluent in English; comfortable using digital tools. /li liPassion for Ferrero products, consumers and category; strong result-oriented attitude, problem-solving skills and attention to detail. /li /ul h3Benefits Perks /h3 pCareers with caring built in – discover our benefits here. /p h3About Ferrero /h3 pFerrero began its journey in Alba, Piedmont, Italy, in 1946.
