Adheres to the California Nursing Practice Act at all times. /p h3Qualifications /h3 pbEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: /b /p ol liCurrent unrestricted License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of California. /li liBachelor’s degree in nursing or related field. /li liFour years related experience or equivalent. /li liPrevious experience in a supervisory or management role. /li liCertified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) certification a plus. /li liStrong leadership, communication and organizational skills. /li /ol pbQUALIFICATIONS: /b /p ol liCurrent unrestricted License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of California. /li liBachelor’s degree in nursing. /li liTwo to four years related experience or equivalent. /li liAbility to understand and adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols. /li liDemonstrated competence in reacting to and handling emergencies. /li liAble to work collaboratively with multiple health professionals in a busy and complex environment using tact, diplomacy, and discipline. /li liStrong charting/documentation skills.
