Are you ready to dive into the world of HR in a vibrant, international environment? We're looking for an HR Administration Intern to become a key part of our Milan-based HR team. As part of our HR team, you will support administrative tasks to ensure seamless contract management, accurate documentation and payroll administration. You will play a key role in managing administrative processes and payroll activities to deliver an exceptional employee lifecycle experience.
Responsibilities
During this Internship project you will have the opportunity to:
* Provide day-to-day support to HR administration, including managing time and attendance systems, creating employment contracts, certificates and other documentation
* Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees and prepare weekly and monthly reports
* Ensure streamlined and compliant monthly payroll processes, while maintaining data privacy standards
* Participate in specific ad hoc projects, focusing on Benefits, Labor & Employment Law matters, well-being and diversity
* Oversee the entire process of internship activation and management
* Contribute to activities related to implementing new policies and monitoring HR compliance
Qualifications
* Native-level fluency in Italian and proficiency in English, both written and verbal
* Good command of MS Office, with a particular focus on MS Excel
* Strong understanding of company policies, legal regulations and employment laws in Italy
* High school diploma, with a University degree in Law, Business, or HR is considered an advantage
* Numerical aptitude with a keen eye for detail
* Analytical mindset with the ability to develop solutions to complex problems
* Collaborative team player with a strong ability to build trust and deliver results within deadlines and great communication skills
* Organizational and time-management skills
