Michael Page The candidate will be in charge of the management and delivery of the all following tasks: - Management of after-sales claims that are assigned to him/her, working to identify the root causes, warranty evaluation and problem resolution in collaboration with the customer or other specialists colleagues or partner companies - Coordination of repair activities related to claims assigned to him/her - Work closely with other after sales and technical office colleagues to resolve problems - Investigate and troubleshoot on system and software configurations and related performance issues - Troubleshoot and remediate hardware and software faults via manufacturer support agreements The suitable candidate will have the following requirements: - A sheer attitude and interest in customer relationship management - Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, telecommunication engineering or any technical degree. Candidates with technical diploma and relevant technical experience may be considered - Basic experience in managing Linux and Windows operating systems - Good experience with network configurations (i.e. IP, DNS, VLAN etc.) - Good knowledge of networking principles - Basic knowledge of PC and server hardware in order to perform basic testing, maintenance and repair - Root analysis methodology and problem solving approach - Good knowledge of the English language because you will constantly interact with customers from all over the world - Willingness to learn always new and modern technologies - Availability to travel abroad - Availability for on-call shifts Innovative company in audio-video, automation and controls platform for smart building, luxury residential and yachting market areas Ottima opportunità di carriera.
