Customer Support & Sales – Italian Speaker – Remote (Greece)

About the Role
Join an international project supporting a globally recognized premium technology brand, delivering high-quality customer experience across Europe.
In this role, you will assist Italian‑speaking customers with a variety of inquiries, including product information, orders, payments, and technical support. You will work in a dynamic and multicultural environment with strong focus on service excellence.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
* Provide support for sales and after‑sales inquiries
* Assist with orders, returns, payments, and product information
* Troubleshoot basic technical issues
* Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
* Italian: C2 (fluent/native)
* English: B2 minimum
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Problem‑solving mindset
* Must be based in Greece (mandatory for remote work)
* EU citizenship or valid work authorization
* Willingness to relocate to Greece if currently abroad
Working Schedule
* Rotational schedule
* 2 days off per week (communicated in advance)
Salary & Benefits
* Base salary: €1,045 gross/month × 14 salaries
* Performance bonus: 10–20%
* Training completion bonus: €150
* Productivity bonus: up to €250/month
* Salary progression:
o €1,100 after 12 months
o €1,150 after 36 months
* Fully remote work within Greece
