As part of our ongoing growth, we are expanding our technical teams across multiple Business Units (Automation, Long Products, Engineering and Systems, Cranes). We are looking for Mechanical Designers to contribute to the development of complex industrial machinery and integrated systems. The role involves working in multidisciplinary teams, driving innovation, and ensuring high standards of performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilities
- Mechanical design of machinery, plants, and structures using 3D and 2D CAD tools (Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD);
- Development of mechanical solutions integrated with electrical, piping, and automation aspects;
- Review and creation of technical drawings, bill of materials, and documentation;
- Coordination with internal departments (electrical, automation, purchasing, production, commissioning);
- Technical support during manufacturing, installation, and testing phases;
- Monitoring machine performance and driving technical optimization;
- Technical alignment with suppliers and customers, including specification drafting
- Autonomous management of design tasks and updates to standardization databases;
Technical Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Diploma in Mechanics;
- Minumun of 3 years of experience in industrial mechanical design;
- Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD;
- Familiarity with multidisciplinary design environments (electrical, civil, hydraulic);
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings;
- Italian and English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
