Prima di farlo, si assicuri di leggere tutti i dettagli relativi a questo lavoro nella descrizione sottostante.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and optimize manufacturing methods, processes, and equipment for electronic boards, avionics assemblies, and mechanical componentsPrepare and maintain BOMs, routings, and work cycles in ERP systems (e.g., SAP)Conduct Time & Methods analysis and define standard work sequencesPerform production capacity analysis and develop flow charts and Value Stream MapsCollaborate in concurrent engineering with design teams to ensure Design for Manufacturing (DfM), repairability, and maintainabilitySupport introduction and maintenance of production equipment and toolingInvestigate and document non-conformities; drive root cause analysis and corrective actionsApply Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies (VSM, 5S, SMED, TPM, RCA, Six Sigma, DMAIC)Utilize process control tools (SPC, Cp, Cpk, control charts) and quality frameworks (FMEA, PFMEA)Develop and deploy automation and digital manufacturing solutions, including simulation tools and Digital Twin environmentsCreate technical documentation and KPI dashboards aligned with project milestonesSkills and EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering (or related field)Proven experience in industrialization and manufacturing process optimization within aerospace or electronics sectorsProficiency with ERP systems (SAP), PLM platforms (e.g., Teamcenter), and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and quality methodologiesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, BOMs, and
