Business Unit management may modify this reporting relationship as appropriate. /ppThis management position requires strong organisational, communication, and project management skills, along with DIGITAL savviness. /ppThe TEOA Site Leader will report to the highest management level at the site. /ppbCandidate Profile: /b /pulliCoordinate with site management and the TEOA Team to develop the site-level Current State VSM, Future State VSM, and TEOA deployment plan based on TEOA Site Assessment to achieve plant performance objectives (Star levels). /liliDiscuss resource needs and priorities with site management to support the deployment plan. /liliPlan, drive, and monitor the TEOA deployment at the site. /liliHold weekly follow-ups on improvement projects as per the deployment plan. /liliConduct monthly review meetings with plant management and EMEA TEOA Management to assess progress and adjust plans as necessary. /liliEnhance employee knowledge by identifying training needs and organizing training on problem-solving techniques and TEOA tools. /liliDeliver TEOA training according to the TEOA Learning Path in local languages (Novice Apprentice). /liliShare Successfully Demonstrated Practices (SDPs) with the TE community. /liliLead complex improvement projects, such as implementing new material flow systems. /liliTranslate digital needs into value creation initiatives. /liliManage the plant's digital budget, including CAPEX, OPEX, and TEIS development, enhancement, and deployment. /liliEnsure digital value creation through the deployment of digital solutions. /liliParticipate actively in digital community events. /li /ulpbQualifications and Experience: /b /pulliB.S. in engineering or equivalent technician education. /lili10-15 years of professional experience in production, logistics, or engineering, with economic knowledge. /liliAt least 5 years leading continuous improvement activities (e.g., Lean leadership). /liliHands-on experience with value stream mapping and TEOA tools; led at least 25 Kaizen events with results in areas like 5S, Visual Management, Standard Work, Quick Changeover, and TPM. /liliExperience with digital technologies such as MES. /liliProven digital implementation and project management skills. /liliBig-picture thinker with knowledge of manufacturing processes, TEOA, and digital solutions. /li /ulpLI-DNI /ppBuilding effective teams, motivating others, managing and measuring work, with values of integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, and teamwork.
