Position
Financial Controller - Automotive Business Unit
Monitors the company’s financial performance and, through data analysis, identifies any necessary corrective actions.
The role requires a hands‑on approach to the function, a methodological mindset and the ability to drive the evolution of management control systems within a technically complex and evolving environment.
Responsabilty and actions
* Periodic closings (analysis of turnover, materials consumed, stock levels, overheads, etc.), in comliance with company procedures;
* Preparation of budgets and economic and financial forecasts, in compliance with company procedures;
* Profitability analysis by customer and by contract;
* Analysis and monitoring of overdue customer receivables;
* Management of RDA flows;
* Preparation of Istat questionnaires and other reports in collaboration with other relevant company departments;
* Calculation and verification of manufacturing costs;
* Monitoring of standard and actual costs;
* Calculation and monitoring of production efficiency;
Requirements Technical
* Master’s degree in Economics
* 2–3 years’ experience
* Proficiency in Excel
* Experience with management software
Soft Skills
* Ability to collaborate and work in a team
* Ability to liaise with technical and production departments
