Key Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate classroom training following the approved curriculum.
- Maintain theoretical proficiency in assigned trainings and stay current on tools, processes, procedures, and training techniques.
- Manage the classroom to ensure an organized and productive learning environment for all trainees.
- Evaluate trainee performance daily to identify improvement opportunities and provide coaching and feedback.
- Share batch‑related observations with the Training Manager to enable corrective action.
- Manage relevant tasks within the Learning Management System (LMS), such as enrollment and scheduling of learners and trainings, and troubleshoot implementation issues.
- Publish training reports as per the agreed standard/template.
- Collect and share feedback on training effectiveness through surveys, observations, or course evaluations.
- Communicate with stakeholders on the progress and needs of ongoing trainings.
- Develop, maintain, and document new processes to continuously improve training across the network.
- Support the Training Manager with delegated tasks to drive training delivery across the team.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or significant experience in education or a related field.
- Proficiency in English verbal and written skills.
- Proficiency in German verbal and written skills.
- Learning/training experience and/or certification.
- Experience planning, creating, implementing, delivering, and assessing various types of training.
- Strong communication skills for knowledge transfer and skill development, including explaining technical topics to novices and collaborating with subject matter experts and managers.
- Excellent collaboration, coordination, and organization skills.
- Experience with one‑to‑many and one‑to‑one communication skills in both classroom and tutorial settings.
- Knowledge of adult learning and training practices.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience leading and coordinating within a group of peers.
- Continuous improvement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated working knowledge of eLearning development tools such as Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or Flash.
- Ability to use multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with subject matter.
- Experience working with a globally‑distributed management organization.
Benefits & Compensation
The minimum base pay salary for this position is PLN (7841.6) monthly. Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher base salary depending on the candidate’s skills, competencies, and experience. Compensation may also include additional components such as a sign‑on payment and participation in a restricted stock unit scheme. Benefits may include pension plans, health insurance, life and disability insurance, business travel insurance, MultiSport card, employee discount code and program, commuter benefits, and an Employee Assistance Program.
