Ph3bPosition Overview /b /h3 pAs a Campaign Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, analysis, and optimization of our mobile advertising campaigns. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to maximize campaign efficiency, test new ad formats, and efficiently allocate budgets across multiple global networks. /p h3bWhat You’ll Do /b /h3 ul liAnalyze advertising campaign data daily using Google Looker, Excel, and our internal platform to identify performance trends and optimization opportunities. /li liUse performance data to make informed, tactical decisions regarding budget allocation to maximize ROI and scale acquisition efforts. /li liCollaborate closely with the broader growth team to develop, test, and optimize campaign strategies, structures, and creative assets. /li liMonitor and analyze competitive data and mobile market trends to identify new industry opportunities and creative hooks. /li liPartner with the team to test emerging ad formats and placements, isolating the variations that yield the highest conversion and user quality. /li liGenerate regular performance reports and action-oriented insights to present progress and recommendations to team stakeholders. /li liTroubleshoot tracking, performance fluctuations, and delivery issues to maintain high campaign health and key performance metrics. /li /ul h3bWhat You’ll Bring /b /h3 ul liOpen to recent graduates from Economics, Analytics, Math/Statistics backgrounds. /li liAdvanced analytical skills with extensive hands-on experience in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and performance analysis. /li liProfessional fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with a global, distributed team. /li liNatural curiosity and a proactive mindset, with an eagerness to stay ahead of mobile ad tech trends and algorithmic shifts. /li liStrong problem-solving abilities and an unstoppable "can-do" attitude when navigating campaign delivery challenges. /li liHigh level of reliability, accountability, and attention to detail when managing budgets and configuration settings. /li liExperience managing and optimizing digital or mobile advertising campaigns is a great nice-to-have (experience with CPM, CPI, and CPL models is highly valued). /li liStrong working knowledge of major digital advertising platforms, with experience in one or more of the following: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snap Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, Reddit Ads, or native platforms like Taboola are great nice-to-haves. /li /ul h3bWhat We Offer /b /h3 pbFull-time, Permanent position: /b A stable, long-term employment offer with a salary that depends directly on your actual experience and knowledge. /p pbHybrid Work Model: /b A flexible, modern work arrangement based out of our collaborative office space in Imola (BO). /p pbInternational Environment: /b The opportunity to work closely with Mistplay’s global teams, accelerating your professional growth in the fast-paced mobile gaming and ad tech industry. /p pbWhy Mistplay? /b /p pWe strive to create a work environment that is inviting and fun!
