Unit description.
The Branded Products Division seeks to maximize the value of Orion's in-house developed cornerstone products through innovative customer engagement and portfolio development.
Promotional synergy will enable Orion to launch and grow new branded products in the specialties of Respiratory, Women's Health, Parkinson's Disease and CNS through our own development and in-licensing.
The Branded Products business division includes products that have a strong brand name which provides added value to patients.

MISSION
In compliance with the company objectives and Legislative Decree no. 219/06, effectively manage the medical-scientific information activity for specialist doctors, Pulmonologists, Neurologists and General Practitioners in EMILIA ROMAGNA, offering them precise and correct medical-scientific information on the pharmacological and therapeutic characteristics of drugs, in order to ensure their correct and safe use.
The Sales Rep will operate within the Business Unit Branded Product, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
•Develop relationships with customers, with the aim of correctly informing about the company's products and strategy
•Map and develop the territory, in analytical way, identifying market needs/opportunities.
•Management of relationships with the main Stakeholders
•Carry out the medical-scientific information activity in compliance with the company strategies, ensuring compliance with the legislation (Legislative Decree 219/2006, Farmindustria code of ethics) and the related company procedures, including pharmacovigilance obligations;
•Verify and monitor the information process, through appropriate use of dedicated systems (CRM), reporting all information relating to the activities carried out in compliance with the company procedures and guidelines;
•Ensures the correct storage and delivery of promotional material in compliance with current legislation and internal procedures;
•Monitoring the market and competition by maintaining a constant relationship with opinion leaders in the sector in the reference territory.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
•Degree in scientific disciplines (law 219/06)
•Residence in Emilia Romagna
•Previous experience in the same role of at least 5 years preferably in the specialistic field of Pneumo and/or Neuro with knowledge of the related markets
•Customer orientation
•Ability to organize, plan and strong determination to achieve objectives
•Ability to work in a team and interact in a cross-functional way
•High relational, communication and negotiation skills
•Autonomy, Initiative, Proactivity and Adaptability
•Good knowledge of OFFICE 365 systems
•Good knowledge of the English language
CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS
•Hiring: Permanent contract according to CCNL Chemical-Pharmaceutical national contract
•Contractual classification: Level B1
