Join us in making a difference. _ THE OPPORTUNITY_ The Learning Designer is responsible for developing and maintaining our learning ecosystem, Reskilling/Capability building, as well as designing and managing the delivery of our people’s learning experiences for Rieti and Pisa sites. This role creates effective training programs and ensuring they meet the needs of various internal teams. _ ACCOUNTABILITIES_ - Partner closely with stakeholders to continuously improve and align training with operational goals, to understand their learning goals, objectives, training requirements, and target audiences to incorporate multiple viewpoints in the creation of learning. - Meet the skilling needs for future-ready state, whilst aligning with GMS/GQ learning strategy. - Establish and maintain a comprehensive site learning roadmap, managing the LxP platform (Bloom). - Coordinate and execute internal learning programs, to help develop employee competencies and drive professional growth. - Conduct proactive research and work with HR, DD&T and Subject Matter Experts to define curriculums, determine content needs, select delivery methods, and define deliverables. - Build strong relationships with external training providers to enhance learning offerings. - Create effective and engaging learning experiences in our Learning Experience Platform (Bloom). - Responsibility for learning key metrics. - Bring new ideas and perspectives to develop content and associated materials to deliver learning programs for a diverse global audience. _ EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS_ Essential - Degree in Science, Life-science or Engineering discipline required, with at least 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment, specifically in Manufacturing / Training departments - Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Ability to connect with audiences at all levels of the organization - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Ability to design and deliver engaging, effective learning programs in both classroom and virtual environments. - Proven ability to assess learning needs and create tailored learning solutions that improve individual and organizational performance. - Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Desirable - Relevant experience in training/learning content - Experience in delivering training (e.g. classroom and virtual training sessions) - Experience with learning platforms (Bloom) and new training technologies. - Use project management tools and methodologies to manage learning projects efficiently. - Understanding of change management and the complexity of organizational transformation initiatives. - Strategic and proactive mindset that understands the context associated with work, not just task driven - Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. - Familiarity with the specific industry in which the organization operates, which can help tailor learning programs to industry-specific needs.
