What will you do?
* Lead the expansion and management of our property portfolio in France.
* Identify and acquire property management companies and private landlords interested in promoting their listings on, from initial outreach to closing agreements.
* Manage day-to-day relationships with French property owners and managers, including performance analysis, listing optimization, and ongoing support.
* Drive business development initiatives to strengthen our presence and partnerships in the French market.
What is required?
* Fluent French language;
* Fluent English language;
* Excellent interpersonal, dialectical and empathic skills:
* Sales aptitude;
* Organizational and management skills;
* Ability to work towards objectives and undertake ambitious challenges;
* Bachelor's degree (preferably in economics or related disciplines);
* Previous experience in sales is preferred.
