We have an opportunity for a Strategy Director – maternity cover and we offer 1-year temporary contract .

What you will do
7. Create and steward big brand strategies, clearly defining them and building them over multiple campaigns/activities;
8. Be a culture geek and spot cultural opportunities for brands to behave differently, creating new ways to connect with people;
9. Develop inspiring creative briefs and work closely with your creative partner to push the work to the best it can be;
10. Architect communication strategies with the intent to drive behavior change and cultural relevance;
11. Own the strategic vision and creative output for assigned business;
12. Forge relationship with day-to-day clients, including presenting and selling through;
13. Inspire our teams to deliver world class creative and strategy innovation;
14. Mentor junior team members with the intent of guiding them and help them grow;
15. Partner with the data and insight team, to research and identify opportunities in culture;
16. Be involved in new business
Qualifications
What you will have done before
17. You have at least 7 year’s experience in international agencies and/or for international brands
18. You master both brand planning and creative strategy, with a focus on cultural strategy;
19. You have a proven track record of implementing holistic communications strategies;
20. You can uncover unique ways of reaching/speaking to consumers that inspires creative;
21. You are motivated to continue learning and sharing knowledge;
22. Ideally, you worked on campaigns that won strategy awards such as Effie, APG or IPA
