At a high level, the role encompasses three areas :Collaborate closely with growth, engineering, and the broader product team to improve the Eight Sleep website experienceTake ownership of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aimed at performance optimizationContribute directly to experimentation strategy through the design and validation of A / B testsUse insights from analytics, session data, and user research to guide design decisionsWork within and contribute to our web design system, ensuring consistent and scalable UI patternsTranslate design work into clean, organized Figma files ready for developer handoffCommunicate design decisions clearly with stakeholders and provide rationale based on data and user needsWhat You'll Need to Succeed4+ years of experience in UX and UI design for web and e-commerceA portfolio that showcases user-centered, conversion-oriented design workExpertise in Figma, including design systems, components, and prototypingProven experience designing for A / B testing and measuring resultsClear understanding of web performance, accessibility, and responsive design principlesAbility to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraintsComfortable working independently and managing priorities with limited oversightStrong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate clearly with engineers, marketers, and product leadsEnthusiasm for health, wellness, and improving the way people sleepBonus points for :Working knowledge of HTML / CSS or understanding how web components are builtExperience with motion or interaction designPrevious experience optimizing high-growth e-commerce websitesFamiliarity with web analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, or AmplitudeAt Eight Sleep we continually celebrate the diverse community different individuals cultivate.
