We are global leaders in Hygiene production lines and develop advanced solutions for Home & Personal Care (including single-dose capsule production and packaging), Warehousing & Logistics, and Battery Cell machinery.
We are looking for a Business Development Analyst to join our team. You will support Fameccanica’s strategic growth agenda across Corporate Strategy, Market & Competitive Intelligence, and M&A, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in:
* Shape corporate strategy by supporting planning cycles with data-driven analysis, trend forecasting, and scenario modeling to inform priorities and resource allocation.
* Enable executive decision-making by creating concise, executive-ready presentations, business cases, and materials for leadership and board-level discussions.
* Drive performance monitoring by helping define, track, and report KPIs and progress against strategic objectives, ensuring disciplined execution.
* Deliver market & competitive intelligence through research, competitive benchmarking, and industry landscape mapping to identify opportunities, risks, and positioning options in new businesses.
* Translate insights into actionable plans, contributing to business plans, strategic recommendations, and make-or-buy assessments where required.
* Support the M&A agenda through opportunity scouting, target screening, preliminary financial/valuation analysis, due diligence coordination, and contribution to integration planning and post-deal reviews.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
* Master of Science or Bac+5 in a related discipline, such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics.
Experience:
* 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or similar strategic roles.
* Exposure to M&A processes, strategic planning, or market research strongly preferred.
Skills:
* Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication; able to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and market intelligence tools (e.g., PitchBook, Capital IQ).
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborative mindset with a high level of business acumen.
