Experteer Overview As HR Business Partner for Italy Operations (Shoes in Scandicci and RTW in Novara), you will drive end-to-end people management and advisory support across the employee lifecycle. You'll partner with line managers to align HR processes with business needs, oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance and talent processes, and ensure Italian labour law compliance. You will travel regularly to on-site locations to provide close, proactive HR support and contribute to a high-performing work environment. This role offers exposure to strategic HR projects and close collaboration with HQ in Paris within a global luxury brand.
Job Responsibilities Partner with line managers on day-to-day HR topics and people management
Manage recruitment activities aligned with business needs
Coordinate induction and onboarding for new hires
Prepare HR documentation across the employee lifecycle (hiring, promotions, changes, disciplinary actions, exits) ensuring compliance
Handle HR administrative tasks (Workday, Talent Match) with accurate documentation
Ensure core HR processes (performance reviews, talent reviews, compensation cycles) are implemented
Support organizational topics, workforce planning, and team effectiveness
Monitor HR KPIs and provide insights for decisions (HC/costs vs budget, turnover, performance & learning completion)
Contribute to training and development initiatives and liaise with external providers/training funds
Participate in HR projects (Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Development, Work-life balance) with HQ collaboration
Qualifications 5+ years in HR in a multi-site, structured environment
Operational and advisory HR experience across the employee lifecycle
Proven recruitment experience for operational and corporate profiles
Experience handling disciplinary processes and organizational changes
Exposure to performance management, compensation cycles and talent processes
Experience supporting training and development initiatives is a plus
Good knowledge of Italian labour law and HR practices
Bachelor in Economics or Humanities; Master in HR a plus
Fluent in English; French a plus
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge of HR systems is a plus (Workday, Talent Match)
