Collect business requirement and develop advanced data collection solutions, with special focus on data related to different key sectors (as têxtile, plastics, packaging, construction and building, among the others); - Support for the development and testing of data for dedicated (web-based) tool(s) for the calculation of MFA, environmental footprint and carbon footprint. - Produces data models according to specific problems statements, with particular focus on datasets on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Environmental Footprint (EF); - Identify, collect, convert and update different data types/sets in several locations and databases(including EU statistics). - Assessing quality of available datasets (including undergoing actions to improve data quality for MFA and LCA datasets), contributing to items and tools in the EU EPLCA and LCDN. - Write the different documentation associated with the tasks and liaise with other project teams as necessary to address cross-project interdependencies. Requirements: - Master Degree - Knowledge in data analytics, in particular related to analysis of data for MFA and life cycle inventory related to different key sectors (with a priority to food and têxtile) - Knowledge in trends/anomalies detection in life cycle datasets, with special focus on data compliant with the EF/ILCD schemes, and data needed to assist the EU EPLCA and LCDN - Good knowledge on development of datasets for analysis, especially Python, R and Matlab - Good knowledge of modelling tools and techniques, as in particular related to software and tools forMFA and life cycle impact assessment. - Ability to collect and compile data needed for building innovative MFA - Good knowledge in assessing quality of available datasets (including undergoing actions to improve data quality for existing data). - Ability to efficiently and fast identify, collect, convert and update different data types/sets in several locations and databases (including EU statistics), as related to different sectors relevant for the food and bio-based systems - Ability to efficiently and fast test and update data related to different impact assessment and methods(including life cycle characterization and normalization factors) - Ability to give business and technical presentations - Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in data modelling and analysis - Capability to write clear and structured technical documents in English
