We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented HR Manager
to support Eurochiller S.r.l., a product company and customer center in Italy & Slovakia.
In this challenging position, you will act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and the Management team, providing leadership and HR development for initiatives that support the company's strategy and goals.
Your role includes:
1. Leading the Human Resources function to ensure effective People Management processes in line with "The Way We Do Things".
2. Driving continuous improvement programs in HR, including supporting the HR link platform within the CC.
3. Understanding and improving employee engagement through programs, surveys, and focus groups.
4. Providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
5. Participating in the development of departmental, company, and divisional goals.
6. Supporting business strategy implementation from an HR perspective.
7. Guiding organizational development and management resourcing.
8. Ensuring effective talent acquisition and leadership culture development.
9. Implementing competence development and talent management processes.
10. Attracting and employing suitable candidates for organizational needs.
11. Preparing HR reports on headcount, KPIs, and efficiency metrics.
12. Monitoring compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness.
13. Providing a safe, healthy working environment, focusing on reducing sick leave and accidents.
14. Advising on legal HR matters and managing labor union relations.
15. Researching and recommending personnel program improvements.
16. Ensuring compliance with Italian labor regulations.
You will report to the General Manager of Eurochiller S.r.l., collaborating with the Divisional VPHR and Corporate HR on training and initiatives.
**Experience requirements:**
* Minimum 3-5 years as HR Manager or 5 years as a senior HR Business Partner in a multinational environment.
**Knowledge and skills:**
* Effective communication at all organizational levels.
* Knowledge of HR, SHEQ, and environmental laws.
* Experience with compensation programs like IPE Mercer.
* Leadership in safety programs and change management.
* Self-directed work style and confidentiality.
* Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Experience in training, development, and MS Office.
* Ability to manage crises effectively.
**Educational requirements:**
University degree in Human Resources, with proven success in an industrial environment, and at least 5 years of experience in Italian labor law and people management processes, especially performance management and organizational development.
Fluency in Italian and English is required.
