We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Auditing Specialist. As an Auditing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients' operations meet the highest standards of compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
* Review employment records, conduct worker interviews, and perform wage tests to verify compliance;
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of international, national, and local labor laws and standards;
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to accomplish tasks during on-site assessments and reporting processes;
* Ensure adherence to all company policies related to integrity and confidentiality of information.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A university degree (graduate level or higher) with a specialization in Labor Law, Human Resources, Social Work, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environmental Studies;
* Proven ability to carry out supplier compliance assessments and maintain detailed records;
* In-depth understanding of international, national, and local labor laws and standards;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English;
* Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently under varying conditions;
* Willingness and ability to travel extensively and frequently.
