You will ensure that the objectives of the investment project charter, design specifications, and Nestlé standards are implemented and adhered to. You will ensure alignment with internal and external partners through Daily and Weekly Operational Reviews and Collaborative Planning processes. You will identify and manage exceptions and monitor performance to continually improve the quality and reliability of Project Development and Implementation, and the Project Team’s ability to recognize and respond to changing circumstances.Your typical day :Support the End-to-End Project Manager and Project Engineering Manager in developing the investment project charter and ensure that it is strictly followed throughout the project.Execute the basic and detailed design of the project based on Nestlé Corporate Business Principles, Nestlé standards, local regulations, the defined User Requirements Specifications, and the TPM characteristics of a unit operation (safety, quality, affordability, maintainability, operability, and reliability). Ensure worker and operator safety during both construction and ongoing operation of the plant.Ensure that the engineering aspects of the project (e.g., buildings, equipment erections, piping, utilities) are implemented according to the defined timing, cost, quality, URS, and unit operation characteristics. All project elements, including technical training if needed, should be performed to guarantee safety and support a vertical Start-Up.Select and qualify contractors and coordinate their activities, ensuring Nestlé standards are applied.Support the Start-Up Manager and team to facilitate a smooth transition to operations after installation qualification and verification.Contribute to and support the preparation and distribution of engineering project documentation, including the final report, and provide feedback to the Maintenance Prevention System.What will make you successful?Developed analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to build strong partnerships and relationshipsClear and transparent communicationMaster’s degree in Civil, EA, Industrial Engineering, or similarProficiency in digital tools: Office365, MS Project, AutoCAD, RevitWe are Nestlé.
