Job Purpose
In the Digital Area, the Process Engineer will be responsible to execute on time and in full the digital transformation of the Caivano SU, with particular focus on the migration of the Digital platform in use as a stand‑alone company.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive the execution of the digital transformation of the site.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to ensure flawless planning and execution of the projects.
* Contribute to continuous optimization of processes and governance.
* Business acumen and financial tools, understanding of the Master plan, factory priorities and how manufacturing performance of the site correlates with its finance KPIs and BG targets achievement.
* Manufacturing & Packaging technology. Rely on basic but consistent understanding of the manufacturing technologies of the Category to drive relevant digital improvement.
* Analytical capability, basics of statistics, basics of coding to collect and analyse complex data to penetrate problems’ phenomena and understand root causes.
* Project management.
* Bias for Action. By providing consistent and near real‑time information, decisions can be taken quickly which leverage our resources.

What You Need to Succeed – Skills, Experiences & Qualifications
* Industrial Engineering degree preferably with FMC manufacturing background.
* Project management understanding.
* Digital & AI Tools understanding.
* English fluency.
