For us, lasting trusted relationships are vital, both with our teams and our clients. /ppbIn this role, you will: /b /polliPartner closely with the Project Manager to support overall schedule management. /liliBe a visible safety leader onsite, actively participating in daily health and safety management and safety audits. /liliAssist with project closeout processes and documentation, ensuring all expectations are met for project approval. /liliWork with key partners to ensure all variations are captured and costs are issued to the client. /liliEnsure resources are appropriate to meet current and future commitments and to maximize opportunities. /liliLead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, collaborate on problem-solving, and communicate impacts to partners. /liliCoordinate with QA, Commissions, and EHS teams to ensure excellent project delivery. /liliManage and track all project costs, including labor, materials, plant, equipment, variations, and valuations. /liliOversee sub-contractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and labor levels. /liliLead overall construction efforts as part of a client team, focusing on logistics and handover. /liliMonitor daily field activities, manage information flow, and report issues related to progress, quality, and safety. /li /olpbWe would love to hear from you if you: /b /polliAre an experienced construction manager on large-scale projects with increasing leadership responsibilities. /liliHold a degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. /liliHave strong knowledge of the full design and construction process. /liliPossess a professional certification or are seeking one; we can assist. /liliHave a proven track record of managing large projects successfully. /liliCan mobilize teams effectively to ensure successful project delivery. /liliAre skilled at building good working relationships across complex structures, including clients and internal partners. /li /olpSince 1974, we’ve been providing construction consultancy services that keep clients returning.
