The Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist will be responsible for:
* Ensure regulatory compliance of cosmetic and ideally food and nutraceutical products across EU and non EU markets
* Manage regulatory activities including SDS, CLP labelling, PCN notifications and goods classification for road and sea transport (ADR / IMDG)
* Support technical office activities on product regulations and certifications, including Technical Data Sheets (TDS), product declarations and technical customer support
* Collaborate with Supply Chain on raw material CoA verification and the identification of new suppliers and alternative raw materials
* Interface with Production to manage Bills of Materials (BOM) and production orders, ensuring regulatory and technical alignment
* Monitor evolving regulations, contribute to process improvement and support cross functional teams throughout the product lifecycle
Competenze ed esperienza
* Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Food Science & Technology, or related fields.
* 5+ years in regulatory roles.
* Master's or specialized Regulatory Affairs courses (preferred).
* Deep knowledge of EMA, AIFA, FDA, EFSA guidelines; EU regulations (cosmetics 1223/2009, food 178/2002 & 1924/2006), GMP/GDP, REACH, CLP.
* Dossier management and regulatory database expertise.
* Fluent in English, written and spoken.
* 5+ years in regulatory roles, including 2+ years leading a team.
