:The EU Central Campaign team is responsible for leading end-to-end platform campaign strategy and execution across key European markets, : Black Friday / Summer Sale. The team drives regional growth by coordinating platform-wide initiatives and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to help build TikTok Shop awareness. We encourage you to apply as early as possible. - Create Campaign Marketing Asset: Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and influencers to produce localized and engaging content assets for each campaign. Manage multi-channel campaigns across digital (social media, email, PPC, display ads) and offline (events, partnerships, PR) channels. - Localization and Market Adaptation: Work with local marketing teams to tailor messaging and creative assets to resonate with local audiences, ensuring campaigns are culturally relevant and in compliance with regional regulations. - Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance across KPIs, optimizing based on insights and real-time feedback. - Present campaign reports, key learnings, and recommendations to refine future strategies. - Budget Management: Manage campaign marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective media spending. Provide ROI analysis and forecast projections to senior stakeholders for campaign investments. - Media and Creative Agency management: Established connections with media and creative agencies, with the ability to leverage these partnerships to enhance campaign reach, creativity, and effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. - Experience: internship experience in campaign marketing, digital marketing, or brand management, with at least 1 year focused on European markets. - Consumer insight: Strong knowledge of European consumer behavior, media landscape, and cultural nuances. - Ability to adapt strategies based on evolving market conditions and consumer insights. - Marketing expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, and marketing analysis skills from traffic funnel to improve marketing efficiency - Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns across diverse markets. - Fluent in English with proficiency in an additional European language (such as French, German, or Spanish) to facilitate local campaign communication and support effective collaboration with regional teams and partners. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment. - Creative problem-solver with the ability to think strategically while maintaining keen attention to detail. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
