You will be responsible for filing batches of court cases to collect compensation and/or reimbursement of Out-of-Pocket Expenses (OPE) incurred by passengers and/or recover ticket refunds. AirAdvisor currently handles three types of claims: EU261 / UK261 compensation for flight delays, cancellations, and denied boarding. We will soon launch baggage claims (delayed or lost). /ppIf the law or judge decides the case unfairly, we would consider escalating this to change the law, if feasible. This role is ideal for high performers with strong litigation experience and a passion for advocating consumer rights in the airline industry. /ppThe candidate must be free from conflicts of interest, able to litigate claims against different airlines. /ppuRequirements : /u A valid lawyer’s/solicitor’s license and legal insurance. A law degree from an accredited institution. Experience with small claims, consumer rights, or aviation law is a plus but not required. Knowledge of relevant consumer protection laws and aviation regulations is a plus but not required. Proven success in in-court collection. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage caseloads, prioritize, meet deadlines, and track statute of limitations.
