Primary Responsibilities
* Perform daily audit processes, balance all hotel accounts, and generate reports.
* Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently during night hours.
* Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally overnight.
* Ensure the security of the hotel and guests, monitoring premises during the night shift.
* Prepare for the next day’s operations, including setting up systems and reports.
* Process financial transactions, including payments, postings, and reconciliations.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across all systems.
* liaise with other departments for smooth handover and continuous operation.
What You Bring
* Previous experience as a Night Auditor in a 5‑star luxury hotel.
* Proficiency with hotel management systems (HMS) and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A polished, professional appearance and demeanour.
* Strong problem‑solving abilities and grace under pressure.
* Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
