Senior Product Compliance Associate with French, RISC Ops Job ID: 2990039 | Amazon Development Center (Romania) S.R.L. The RISC Ops team is at the heart of our customer safety practices in Amazon. As a Senior Product Compliance Associate, you’ll work closely with a wide variety of Amazon colleagues and external vendors. In this role, every day is an opportunity to learn more about the complexities of compliance. Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year Fixed Term Contract. Key job responsibilities As part of your role, you will have the opportunity to: - Classify products based on their potential hazardous risk, for regulatory storage and transportation purposes. - Identify and remove any products from our website that violate policies. - Work with the legal and quality team to ensure the high standard of safety and compliance. - Follow standard operating procedures to ensure an exceptional customer experience. - Moreover, you will work closely with mentors and managers to develop your skills and unravel your potential. - Propose improvement opportunities for the processes you work on. - Train and mentor other associates. - Be in contact with stakeholders from different countries and cultures. - Get involved in analyzing metrics, interpreting trends and proposing corrective actions. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Highschool diploma; - High level of English language proficiency orally and in writing (B2); - Written proficiency in French (B1); PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 1-2 years of experience in the field of business processes based on data; - Knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook and MS Excel would be an advantage; - Experience in outsourcing business processes, operational processes; database management will be an advantage; - Ability to make decisions based on the recommendations provided and in the presence of unclear contexts; - Extensive experience with the Internet and search engines; - Quick search for the necessary information about the goods; - Attention to detail; - Ability to analyze and find patterns in large data sets; Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
