Manitowoc, international leader in providing premium lifting solutions is looking for a Supply Chain manager to be based in the italian plant in Niella TanaroMain Responsability in the Role
Collect order previsions from the EMEA Sales Logistic and Administration department, liaise with procurement professionals to check delivery dates, calculate the plant production capacities and prepare a synthetic chart that will be discussed monthly in supervision meetings.Guarantee the procurement of all materials needed to production according to production and delivery programs.Manage suppliers relationship according to Purchasing guidelines and agreements and Engineering Dep. recomandations.Cooperate with the other Plants Supply Chain Manager for inter-company projects and materials.Ensure correct and efficient material workflow and warehouse organizationEfficiently manage the procurement and warehouse team.Keep the stock under control.
To be Successful in this Role
Minimum 10 years experience in equivalent role in complex manufacturing organizationExcellent expertise in logistic process and industrial costs and internal material flow.Good expertise in mastery tools and continuous improvement methods.Knowledge of an ERP ( MFG PRO, SAP or equivalent)Rigorous with the inventory management and the planningProblem solving and stress resistantFlexibility & Proactivity
