Main Responsibilities Supervision of the BMS system: Continuous monitoring to detect anomalies, alarms, and issues. Opening and managing support tickets according to company procedures. Escalating critical problems to higher-level support. Data analysis to identify trends and improvements. Inspections, troubleshooting, and reporting: Regular checks of equipment status within the Data Center. Identifying and resolving issues with basic corrective actions. Compiling reports on interventions, causes, and solutions. Maintaining order and safety in technical areas. Managing unscheduled interventions: Handling sudden faults and client requests outside scheduled maintenance. Quick and effective diagnosis of problems. Timely communication with clients. Detailed documentation of times, resources, and materials. Supporting maintenance activities: Assisting in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Collaborating with the team to ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications Technical diploma or professional qualification in electrical, electronic, mechanical fields. Previous experience in maintenance roles, preferably in data centers or critical environments. Knowledge of BMS systems and infrastructure components (UPS, generators, cooling systems, etc.). Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Good communication and reporting skills. Availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Certifications related to data center maintenance (e.g., CDCP, CDCS). Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
