Your team:
The Cross & Retail ATL team at Sisal Italy drives the business growth across all customer touchpoints. The team works at the intersection of data analytics, promotional strategy, and cross-channel coordination to optimize the customer experience across both online and retail channels.
Your role:
As a Cross & Retail ATL Intern, you will contribute to the creation of growth plans by supporting the development of commercial initiatives and cross-channel communication activities. You will also support the analysis of performance data and competitor insights to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
What you’ll do:
* Monitor cross-selling, engagement and business performance across online and retail touchpoints, supporting the team in transforming insights into actionable recommendations.
* Support the setup, optimization, and continuous improvement of ATL promotions, with a primary focus on Bonus Wheel mechanics and Retail market.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify promotional trends, market opportunities, and areas of differentiation.
* Contribute to innovation initiatives by collaborating with different teams and technical stakeholders to evolve functionalities and user experience.
What you’ll bring:
* University degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, Statistics, or related fields.
* Previous internship or academic experience in data analysis, marketing, or CRM is a plus.
* Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and extract insights.
* Effective communication, with fluency in both Italian and English, with the ability to interface across teams.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
* Passion for the gaming industry, with a customer-centric approach to problem solving.
