What will you do?
The Sales Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the performance of Independent Real Estate Consultants (IRECs) and Partner Brokers in selling the Casavo marketplace portfolio of homes.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Monitor and assess the activities and performance of IRECs and Partner Brokers to meet i) top in class customer experience for our buyers and ii) home sales volumes in line with target
2. Manage the onboarding process for IRECs and Partner Brokers with allocation of sales mandates and monitoring they are managed in line with Casavo guidelines
3. Facilitate a seamless handover of mandates from the marketplace success (acquisition) team to the IREC workforce.
4. Define the sales plan for each home, setting time to market, start of visits and the commercialization levers including the off-market;
5. Support IRECs and Partner Brokers in commercialization preparation, marketing material creation, photo collection and property advertisement. If necessary, directly engage in such activities to ensure target Time fo List (TTL)
6. Define, if necessary, tactical sales levers to implement based on the home dismissal planning and the feedback received from IRECs or Partner Brokers.
7. Conduct recurring analyses on available inventory to ensure accurate sales forecasting.
8. Support IRECs and Partner Brokers in offer-related activities, from collection to acceptance.
9. Supervise closing activities performed by IREC and Partner Brokers.
10. Ensure the collection of brokerage fees from sellers and buyers in accordance with agreed commercial conditions and general policies.
11. Assist the Marketplace Ops Managers in updating sales planning and forecasting based on market feedback.
